We are currently recruiting for an Intermediate .Net Developer for our Head Office located in Mississauga who will be responsible to plan, design and assist in the development of business operations systems.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

• Develop and maintain Internet Applications as required by business adhering to FNF SDLC and change management process.
• Research alternatives to a business problem and create a technical implementation.
• Support data analysis functions; identify emerging trends and highlighting them to senior management for further review/ investigation.
• Conduct testing and participate in the implementation of all code modules from a technical perspective, ensuring functionality and quality control.
• Perform problem determination and resolution for highly complex technical problems.
• Provide accurate time estimates and deliver to them.
• Acting as a backup resource for the Senior Application Developer on an as-required basis

 

Qualifications

 

• 3 - 5 years experience working with MS .NET based web technologies
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity.
• Experience in all phases of software development life cycle and use of change management tools is a must.
• Proficiency in multi-tier Internet/Intranet Application development.
• ASP.NET / C#  / AJAX required
• JQuery experience preferred
• Web Services experience preferred
• MS SQL Server 2005 or greater required
• Unit Testing experience preferred
